  • Self-identity development and equipping students with conflict resolution skills to navigate interpersonal challenges effectively.

Food Gardening

Preschool Program:

  • Introduces young learners to plants, seeds, and garden care.

Lower Elementary:

  • Delve into the plant life cycle, garden planning, and the importance of nutrition and plant diversity.

Upper Elementary:

  • Focuses on sustainable agriculture and food systems, emphasizing environmental impact, garden design and management, and culinary exploration as part of a holistic gardening experience.

Mind and Body Wellness

Preschool Program: 

  • Mindful breathing, yoga basics, and relaxation through play to promote physical and emotional well-being.

Lower Elementary:

  • Mindful movement, explore yoga poses, and practice meditation and visualization for a holistic approach to physical activity.  

Upper Elementary:

  • Mindfulness in motion, intermediate yoga practice, and stress management techniques to foster physical and mental health.
